Order Process

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We offer two types of piñata orders: themed piñatas that are available to order from the shop checkout and custom piñatas made to your specific design.

  • Themed Piñatas
    Themed piñatas from our featured designs can be ordered directly through our website at the listed prices. Each piñata is handmade to order. Once completed, it will be shipped or you’ll be notified when it’s ready for pickup. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

  • Custom Piñatas
    The custom order process begins when you submit our Custom Order Form. After we receive your request, we’ll contact you by phone or email to confirm the details and provide an official quote.

    Once the design is approved, we’ll issue an invoice for a $40 nonrefundable deposit, which allows us to begin creating your piñata. The remaining balance is due once the piñata is completed and before delivery or pickup. Custom piñatas typically require 5–7 days to complete. Please review your order carefully before payment, especially for custom requests, as production begins shortly after deposits are received.

Custom and Themed Piñatas

All piñatas are handmade and may vary slightly from photos or descriptions due to their handcrafted nature. For custom orders, please provide clear, detailed instructions to help us bring your vision to life.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed. We’re happy to accommodate modification requests when possible—please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.

Returns and Refunds

Because each piñata is handcrafted and often custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in most cases. If adjustments are needed, please contact us—we’re happy to make modifications when possible. In special circumstances, we reserve the right to accept returns at our discretion, provided items are returned in good condition.

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to applicable local retail sales tax based on the current rate in Port Orchard, Washington. Sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout for both themed and custom piñata orders. We are required by law to collect this tax on all taxable sales made within Washington State.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and cost vary depending on the complexity of your order and your location. We will provide an estimated delivery or pickup date once your order is confirmed and any required deposit is received.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for products purchased on our website or in-store.

  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards

  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by law)

  • Please treat gift cards like cash—we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use

  • May not be combined with certain discounts or promotions unless stated

  • We reserve the right to cancel a gift card if we believe it was obtained or used fraudulently

Liability

We take great care in crafting and packaging your piñata, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping or after delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly with any concerns.
